Leh, Nubra & Pangong except Kargil. Kargil Heights location, accomodation, food is not upto the mark. Cab & Driver: I'm mostly happy with both drivers. They were very friendly, helpful and moreover reliable throughout. My 1st cab Xylo condition wasn't good. We had to deal with risks like door lock, punctures etc. I was missing the guide in driver though unless I keep asking questions. Usually they seem to be just driver who knows the routes and not a guide who can suggest or proactively share some information. Travel Agent: Shyam from Amazing Tours & Travel was always reachable and connected to me whenever required right from planning, execution and end of the trip. He got my 2nd cab arranged for Kargil trip without my intervention. My only ask is for the Travel Agent is to recommend client for alternative arrangements for return flight based on time/ mode of the travel as the weather conditions were really uncertain. I had to cancel my return ticket from Srinagar to Bangalore as we had to cancel the Srinagar trip as the Zojila pass was closed due to snow. I had to arrange flight ticket again from Leh to Bangalore. I didn't get any refund for Srinagar hotels and Shikara though. I expected Travel agent to ensure refundable accommodations in case of unforeseen situations. Otherwise why someone should go for a travel agent when nowadays most of the travel portals are providing free cancellation of hotels upto checkin or 24 hours mostly with same or lesser price as I checked. Hotel prices from travel agent were also lil higher side without any cancellation option as I had to go for one day accomodation seperately in Leh due to plan change I had to enquire with hotel directly and found the price differences. Leh - the driver was rude and not at all friendly. He drove in a way where all 10 people in the tempo were scared. Very rash driving. He spoke very bad with us and argued all the time. We were on a family trip including women where he must understand to stop for basic nature calls. He was very hesitant and he was rude with all of us along the way to Leh. Destination hotel Leh fort view here he had to drop us , he said we usually only drop at the bus stand we don't drop at hotel. Pathetic service by the tempo driver. Would never ever book any trip if this is the driver we are getting.

r Travels" in Srinagar & "Pristine Travels" in Ladakh. During the tour, we stayed at 7 hotels/tents. Our field agent at Srinagar, Mr. Shabir was a great guy. He was not only welcoming but was flexible with all our plans. He was following up with our driver and also asked the driver to take us to few more tourist spots that were not included in the itinerary. During his tenure, we stayed at 02 hotels and a houseboat, all of which were awesome and we had a memorable stay. We were two couples and the vehicle provided was a Tavera. The driver, Mr. Iqbal, was a well behaved-professional guy. We were enjoying each moment of this trip and often spent some extra time at the spots, to which he never uttered a word and was considerate enough to extend his service by few more hours than assigned. Coming to Ladakh, we realized how the mood of the trip depends on the tour operator. On arriving in Ladakh, we were taken to a hotel that had nothing but a platter of disappointments. On informing the same to our Amazing Routes agent, Mr. Priyanshu Das, who was an awesome guy and was always available for our support, our stay was changed the next day to "Jeevanam Villa" which was magnificent. Meanwhile, we also received a call from the field agent, I don't remember his name as we had conversed only that day and that too he was saying that 'Aapko Leh me aise hi hotels milenge'. The hotel was a mess. The tiles in the bathroom were broken, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the food-it was a nightmare. And to add to it, the driver who was also supposed to be the guide, was one horrible person. He didn't know anything about any places plus always had a grumpy face in addition to being rude. Every time we went to any spot, he used to come before us after few minutes and ask us to proceed to the next spot as it will become late. He was doing it throughout the trip and used to get us back at the hotel by 3-4 PM. After 02 days, we talked to Mr. Priyanshu regarding this after which the driver was like "aapko jaha jitna time lena h, le lo". I know this is a long post, but I wanted to convey to the Travel Triangle & Amazing Routes Teams that kindly refrain from these types of agents as we were having at Leh, they only spoil the trips which in turn may reduce your customer base. If we would have taken a trip only to Ladakh, we would never have booked any further trips with Travel Triangle.

actually when we approached the hotels and tents, we were offered to be adjusted in single rooms which we refused as we have already paid.Our charges could have been curtailed if proper work up was done by the vendor..And the business with oxygen cylinders was confusing. Better hotel option could be done in Nubra, Pangong and particularly Tsomoriri..Only standard hotel was at Leh.Anyway the price of tour seems overcharged.

re not up to the mark. Our itinerary included breakfast but we were been charged for day 1. On day 6 of sight seeing the driver just left us in the middle of no where and we were been asked by him to come by ourselves to the hotel, because according to him the trip was over. And on the day of departure we were not even given drinking water such experiences spoil the overall trip experience.The agent or the responsible person should plan the itinerary in such a way that travelers should not face such issues. Nubra Valley- In our complete trip of 6 nights and 7 days, nubra valley was the best experience. The hotel the journey every thing was very good. But i would give the credit to the hotel as we were their first guest and not to the trip planners. And would recommend Bamboo Cottages for stay in Nubra Valley. Their hospitality, facilities were all up to the mark and were very good. Pangong Lake- The stay was below average. The planners should make itinerary in such a way that we should go from leh to pangong and do not stay over there (staying there should be the choice of travelers). As the weather and the facilities provided by the tents/camps are not good for elderly and family people. Infact, we booked 2 tents and in night 2 strangers just entered our tent. So security is also a concern at such a place and stay. The driver was good as far as driving is concerned we had no issues with it. But on our journey from pangong to leh we were not shown 2 points as mentioned in the itinerary The trip was a mixed experience and was not so satisfying. For the ratings asked for hotel , we stayed in 3 hotels how can i rate in one option.

Leh & cottage was well managed & service was up to mark. Oundoo my drive was expert & trained.he know how to manage customer when nature was not in favour. We are not able to visit Nubra Valley coz of Nature call i.e. Avalanche bloced our way in Khardungla.I must say if u want to enjoy glacier & if u r adventure lover then plan in April..its a life time experience & once more i will plan to visit Ladakh specially place i missed in this trip. U must take Bullett bike for atleast one day, it was really mind blowing experience.Be there with physically & mentally Fit.cellualar connectivity is challenged in Leh, and forget for network outside Leh city. There are so many memories i came with like Bullet ride in Leh & surrounding. Sanggam of Zhanskar & Indus river, Spent 6 hrs in Khardungla paas in -20 temp with wind speed of 150km/hrs with snowfall in oxygen compromising situation which was life time memories. On the way to Pangong was awesome view. Pangong lake is like u were in Heaven. Night spent in Pangong in -10 temp. Was mind blowing. Had taken dip in Pangong lake is like life threatening. I love this trip. NO NETWORK Zone is pangong.

e oxygen level and weather over there.(Best time to go June last week till July Mid). 2-All the Hotels provided were good and clean following is the list of it: A-Kanishka in Leh-Food is good or you can say average, service of the staff is very good,rooms are clean,has wifi but not reliable as in Leh its the same everywhere. B-Hotel Lunkhil in Alchi -Its clean but to be frank you dont need to take a stay there as the places to be covered near by can get you back in leh by evening only so avoid it as there is no TV or wifi or anything for entertainment near by. C- Mystique Meadow in Nubra Valley(tent stay)-Amzing stay and food dont miss the food there it was freshly prepared with the ingredients from their farm itslelf and the view is amazing inside the hotel. D-Camp Shambhala Pangong (tent stay)-stay was clean ,service was good from the staff,food was not good, overall for this place you can get some better options from the list in the same area as could see many good once there. 3-Driver provided to us was with the name Ringzing he was very good who was reliable plus knew English as well..he had knowledge of all the places so could ask him which to skip as you can skip some of the places like Rancho school,Leh Palace,Shey Palace (PLEASE TAKE A SCORPIO OR ZYLO) if possible as its groud clearance is good and you may feel its better to have that at some point. Overall the trip was very nicely organised with all the necessary information provided before handed. Amazing India Route had done a great job dint need to call them even once in the whole trip as evrythng was planned perfectly. Khardungla Pass for Snow and Maggie,Pangong Lake for the view make sure you go at the point where 3 Idiots last scene was shooted its the 3rd and last point in the area,Mystique Meadows for the stay and food,Nubra Valley for white sand ATV ride in Mika Singh point and double hump Camel ride.
